Body Conditioning and Weighted Workout classes are designed to improve muscle strength and endurance. When muscles pull on bones they help to keep your bones strong therefore minimizing the risk of osteoporosis. These classes will aid cardiovascular fitness and help to improve posture.
Body Conditioning and Weighted Workout will compliment Pilates classes, other fitness programmes or be a stand alone fitness session.

£8 per class (Zoom) £9 per class (in person) when paid in advance for the term. (term length 10-12 weeks)
