Weighted Work out and Body Conditioning classes are designed to improve muscle strength and endurance. When muscles pull on bones they help to keep your bones strong therefore minimizing the risk of osteoporosis. These classes will aid cardiovascular fitness and help to improve posture.
Weighted Work and Body Conditioning will compliment Pilates classes, other fitness programmes or be a stand alone fitness session.

£7 when paid in advance for the term. (average term length 10-12 weeks)
